Ugh. It’s pages like this that make me wish I could spend more time working on Subterfuge. Besides not being practiced enough in drawing guns, I also ran into the problem of not choosing one shotgun picture and rolling with it as reference. I kind of bounced between a few and ended up with generic rifle looking sticks. Oh well, we live and we learn. If this was more of a refined project I would’ve went to my friend, who owns a shotgun, and took some reference photos to use. Anyway, we move on.

I’m now reading Redemption Ark by Alastair Reynolds. Very cool so far, as his other Revelation Space novels I’ve read have been. It really makes me think about all the different details of a world that need to be thought of for a convincing story.
